We reserve the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of this Agreement and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third-party suppliers of information, and documents, attorneys, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site.
Disclaimer
The information, content, and documents from or through the Site are provided “as-is,” “as available,” with “all faults,” and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including but not limited to the disclaimer of any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems, or other limitations. We and our affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service, except as provided in Section 10(b). You acknowledge and agree that Desights is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of vulnerabilities, bugs, or hacks of smart contracts or the underlying blockchain. You use these technologies at your own risk, understanding that even with extensive security measures, unforeseen issues may arise.
User Negligence
Your account security and management of private keys, passwords, and other access credentials are your responsibility. Desights is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from user negligence, including but not limited to, loss or theft of access credentials, unauthorized access, or failure to follow security best practices. Ensure that you take all necessary steps to protect your account and assets.
Restricted Use
Desights services are not available to users located in the United States or in countries that are subject to sanctions by the United Nations, United States, European Union, or other applicable governmental authorities. By accessing and using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such prohibited country.
